Tipping Buckets and Logging system

The tipping bucket stations are simple pulse based rain gauges. They log to a cr310 data logger that is accessible on the network at decimal address 68 or hex address 0x044 from the LOVE building roof.
- The siphon bucket is of the model TE525WS-L and measures mm rainfall.
- The regular bucket is of the model TE525-L and measures in rainfall.
Panel should be south facing. Buckets unobstructed.
